Admission Policy and Guidelines

Thank you for taking the next step in CIS-GH admissions procedure. We are thrilled to have you as a member of the CIS-GH family.

All papers should be filled out in BLOCK LETTERS / PRINT.

To complete the admissions procedure, we will need the following information:

Completed application form (purchased from the admin office).
Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs of your child are required.
A duplicate of your child’s birth certificate or passport.
Copies and originals of your child’s report card or transcripts from previous school (for at least one academic year).
Health information forms (completed by you).
Physical exam form (completed and stamped by a doctor).
Immunization forms for early years learners.

Documents from doctor and pervious school should be emailed directly to info@countryinternational.edu.gh or mailed directly to CIS at P.O. Box CT 7182, Cantonments, Accra or brought in by a parent in a sealed envelope bearing the institution’s stamp.
